The Six Moving Lines

• Nine at the beginningMighty in the forward-striding toes; going and not being able; this brings blame.初九：壮于前趾，往不胜为咎。
• Nine in the second placeA cry of alarm; arms at evening and at night; nothing to fear.九二：惕号，莫夜有戎，勿恤。
• Nine in the third placeTo be mighty in the cheekbones brings misfortune; the superior man is firmly resolved; he walks alone and is caught in the rain; he is bespattered; no blame.九三：壮于頄，有凶。君子夬夬，独行遇雨，若濡有愠，无咎。
• Nine in the fourth placeThere is no skin on his thighs, and walking comes hard; if a man lets himself be led, he remains without blame.九四：臀无肤，其行次且。牵羊悔亡，闻言不信。
• Nine in the fifth placeThe chamomile grows on the toes; one must not rely on it; going brings danger.九五：苋陆夬夬，中行无咎。
