- Nine at the beginningFirm seclusion within the family; remorse disappears.初九：闲有家，悔亡。
- Six in the second placeShe should not follow her whims; she should attend within to the food; perseverance brings good fortune.六二：无攸遂，在中馈，贞吉。
- Nine in the third placeWhen the tempest rages, the woman is loud and boisterous; the family suffers; laughing and chatter bring humiliation.九三：家人嗃嗃，悔厉吉。妇子嘻嘻，终吝。
