卦辞 · Judgment
元，亨，利，贞。其匪正有眚，不利有攸往。Innocence — supreme success, perseverance; if someone is not as he should be, he has misfortune.
六爻爻辞 · Moving Lines
- 初九 初九：无妄，往吉。Innocent action brings good fortune.
- 二六 六二：不耕获，不菑畲，则利有攸往。If one does not count on the harvest while plowing, it furthers one to undertake something.
- 三六 六三：无妄之灾，或系之牛，行人之得，邑人之灾。Misfortune from without; the cow was tethered; the wanderer's gain, the townsman's loss.
- 四九 九四：可贞，无咎。He who can be persevering remains without blame.
- 五九 九五：无妄之疾，勿药有喜。Innocent conduct; no blame.
- 上九 上九：无妄，行有眚，无攸利。Innocent conduct; misfortune; nothing furthers.
