贞吉。观颐，自求口实。Nourishment — perseverance brings good fortune; watch what you seek to fill.

养身养心守正则吉，宜慎言语、节饮食、自求口实。　依据：卦辞「贞吉」——颐以养正为吉，传统判为吉。

上下两阳包着中间的空，像一张张开的嘴。养人先养己，入口的东西和出口的话都要挑。吃什么、说什么、看什么，长期决定一个人的状态。

生活应用适合用在日常节制上：减少无效信息和短视频的摄入；开会前想清楚要说什么，不随口承诺；管教孩子时既管供给也管规矩，不靠情绪。

修养方向每天留出一段完全安静的时间，不说话，也不刷屏幕。

初九初九：舍尔灵龟，观我朵颐，凶。You let your magic tortoise go, and look at me with drooping mouth; misfortune.
二六六二：颠颐，拂经，于丘颐，征凶。Turning to the summit for nourishment; deviation from the course; perseverance brings misfortune.
三六六三：拂颐，贞凶，十年勿用，无攸利。Turning away from nourishment; perseverance brings misfortune; do not act for ten years.
四六六四：颠颐，吉。虎视眈眈，其欲逐逐，无咎。Nourishment that looks for its own good; the tiger watches intently; its prey follows; no blame.
五六六五：拂经，居贞吉，不可涉大川。Turning away from the course; remaining persevering brings good fortune; one cannot cross the great water.
上九上九：由颐，厉吉，利涉大川。The source of nourishment; awareness of danger brings good fortune; it furthers to cross the great water.
