Great Power — perseverance furthers.
The Six Moving Lines
- Nine at the beginningPower in the toes; continuing brings misfortune; this is certainly true when one makes a move.初九：壮于趾，征凶，有孚。
- Nine in the second placePerseverance brings good fortune.九二：贞吉。
- Nine in the third placeThe inferior man works through power; the superior man does not act thus; to continue is dangerous; a ram butts against a hedge and gets his horns entangled.九三：小人用壮，君子用罔，贞厉。羝羊触藩，羸其角。
- Nine in the fourth placeThe ram butts against the hedge; the hedge opens, the horns are released; the great man does not find it burdensome; good fortune.九四：贞吉悔亡，藩决不羸，壮于大舆之輹。
