习坎，有孚，维心亨，行有尚。The Abysmal repeated — if you are sincere you have success in your heart.

凶取六档真源 · 依卦辞传统判读

重险相叠，唯守孚存正、心存通达可行，宜缓进避险。　依据：卦辞「习坎，有孚，维心亨」——重险之卦，传统判为凶，唯守正则心亨。

一坎接着一坎，险上加险。坎不是绝境，而是反复的考验。水遇到险处就绕行，人处在难处就守常：把该做的动作做扎实，心不散，路还在。

生活应用适合用在连续受挫的时候：一次失败后先复盘再出手，不重复同一个错误；团队士气低时靠固定节奏维持运转；困难期保持基本作息和现金流。

修养方向处境难的时候，把注意力放回今天能做的一件小事。

初六初六：习坎，入于坎窞，凶。Repetition of the abyss; one falls into a pit; misfortune.
二九九二：坎有险，求小得。The abyss is dangerous; one should strive to attain small things only.
三六六三：来之坎坎，险且枕，入于坎窞，勿用。Before and behind one are precipices; water is a precipice; do not enter a pit; use only the small.
四六六四：樽酒簋贰，用缶，纳约自牖，终无咎。A jug of wine, a bowl of rice with earthen vessels; offer them through the window; in the end no blame.
五九九五：坎不盈，祗既平，无咎。Simple, sincere; nothing furthers but with discipline.
上六上六：系用徽纆，寘于丛棘，三岁不得，凶。Bound with cords and ropes, shut in between thorn-hedged prison walls; for three years one does not find the way; misfortune.
