循序渐进、得人相助则通，可放胆上行。　依据：卦辞「元亨，用见大人，勿恤，南征吉」——升以渐进为吉，传统判为吉。

地中长出树木，一寸一寸往上顶，这就是升。上升靠的是持续积累和顺势而为，不是一次性的猛冲。每一步都踩实了，看着慢，其实走得远；急着跳台阶，反而容易中断。

生活应用学习新技能、职业晋升、把一个副业慢慢做起来，都按周计量而不是按天。设一个最小可完成的动作，连续做满一段周期，再谈要不要加码。

修养方向每天固定投入半小时，记下进度，长期不断线。

五六六五：贞吉，升阶。Perseverance brings good fortune; one climbs the steps.
上六上六：冥升，利于不息之贞。Invisible climbing; only perseverance furthers.
