巳日乃孚，元亨利贞，悔亡。Revolution — on your own day you are believed; supreme success, perseverance.

革故鼎新、待信而后动则大通，宜先沟通再落地。　依据：卦辞「元亨利贞，悔亡」——革而当则悔亡，传统判为吉。

泽中有火，水要灭它，火要改造它，这就是革。改变不能只凭一时念头，要等条件成熟、道理说透、人心也跟上来。革的关键是改得让人信服，而不是让人觉得被突然袭击。

生活应用组织调整、流程改造、家里的旧习惯要改，都先沟通再落地。把原因、步骤、影响讲清楚，允许一段适应期，改完之后还要有人跟进检查，防止来回反复。

修养方向想改一件事，先说服三个关键的人，再动手。

初九初九：巩用黄牛之革。Wrapped in the hide of a yellow cow.
二六六二：巳日乃革之，征吉，无咎。When one's own day comes, one may create revolution; starting brings good fortune, no blame.
三九九三：征凶，贞厉。革言三就，有孚。Starting brings misfortune; perseverance brings danger; when talk of revolution has gone the round three times, one may commit oneself.
四九九四：悔亡，有孚改命，吉。Remorse disappears, one has faith; changing the forms brings good fortune.
五九九五：大人虎变，未占有孚。The great man changes like a tiger; even before he questions, he is believed.
上六上六：君子豹变，小人革面，征凶，居贞吉。The superior man changes like a panther; the inferior man is led by his face; starting brings misfortune; perseverance brings good fortune.
